On this gently foggy morning we see the David Kreitzer Lake Hodges Bicycle Pedestrian Bridge spanning the upper end of Lake Hodges. It is October...rain has not yet fallen this season...the Lake Hodges water level is dropping.
At this stage we seen a fertile 'wetland'. Lots of mud, grass, and the trunks of dead trees that have grown and then been drowned. Bass love to lurk around the base of these trees. Birds love to feed in the shallow water and the mud.
A beautiful Lake Hodges morning.
