The world renowned San Diego Wild Animal Park is situated near Escondido to the north side of the San Pasqual Valley. The San Pasqual Valley, a nice compliment to the San Diego Wild Animal Park, is a protected agricultural area that is controlled by the City of San Diego. It is March. The hills are green. The turf farms are green. The dairy is in full milk. And the helium balloon at the wild animal park is 'down' at the moment. This image was captured from Raptor Ridge which is on the south side of the San Pasqual Valley.
