- I know that on this Thanksgiving Day that many people in the world are suffering...and I am not...and for that I am thankful.
- I know that on this Thanksgiving Day that some people in this world are having a war fought in their front yards...and I am not...and for that I am thankful.
- I know that on this Thanksgiving Day that many people are in ill health...and I am not...and for that I am thankful.
- I know that many people are in relationships that are not good...and I am not...and for that I am thankful.
- I know that many people do not have access to resources, or knowledge. I have access...and I am thankful.
- I am thankful for the absolutely spectacular friends that I have in my life.
- I am thankful for our founding fathers. What they started seems to be holding up pretty well.
- I am thankful for the Veterans that have fought for our freedoms, and for the many that have given their lives for our freedoms.
- I am thankful that I am no longer young. As I age my vision of life seems to become more clear.
- I am thankful that I am an optimist...there is so much to be positive about.
- I am thankful for my wife...she is wonderful and I love her.
- I am thankful to be alive in these exciting times.
- I am most thankful for the opportunity that I have to make choices...to consciously seek to do 'that which is right'.
- I recognize that with the bounty that I possess, and that with the freedoms that I have, that I have a responsibility to the rest of humanity and to this earth to do what is right.
